Estratégias dinâmicas de educação em saúde para prevenção de ISTs
experiência com jovens aprendizes

Introdução: As infecções sexualmente transmissíveis (ISTs) representam um grande risco para a saúde dos jovens e adolescentes, que são mais vulneráveis devido à desinformação no início da vida sexual. A educação em saúde é fundamental para promover o conhecimento, esclarecer dúvidas e incentivar decisões responsáveis. Objetivo: Relatar a experiência de estudantes de medicina na realização de uma ação de educação em saúde, que faz parte de um projeto de extensão curricular com jovens aprendizes. Relato da Experiência: Foi realizada uma ação de educação em saúde com 14 jovens aprendizes no segundo semestre de 2023. A temática e a metodologia da visita foram definidas em diálogo com os jovens. Os acadêmicos do terceiro período de medicina elaboraram panfletos informativos sobre ISTs e conduziram uma atividade interativa. Os participantes, divididos em grupos, responderam perguntas sobre casos clínicos usando placas com alternativas A, B e C, estimulando o debate. Ao final de cada rodada, dúvidas foram esclarecidas. Reflexões Teóricas: A maioria dos jovens aprendizes demonstraram possuir um conhecimento prévio sobre as ISTs, mas, ainda, insuficiente para a garantia de uma saúde plena. Houve a participação efetiva do público-alvo, o estudo atento da cartilha e a prática da discussão em grupo para a resolução das questões. Considerações Finais: Destaca-se a relevância das abordagens educativas em formato dinâmico e participativo para disseminar informações sobre saúde. Ademais, a experiência das ações permitiu uma formação mais humanizada dos acadêmicos.
